米S&Pケース・シラー指数 ３月分

先程発表になった米住宅市場指数は昨年比２％の上昇だが、昨年末から3.2%の下落となっている。引続き下落しており下げ止まっていない。注視が必要。

U.S. home prices rose 2% in the first quarter from prior-year lows, according to the S&P Case-Shiller broad National Index, the first year-to-year increase in several years. However, prices were down 3.2% from the end of last year as tax incentives drew to a close and foreclosures continued to rise.
